Logo design for sister companies in the real estate industry.

Some of my family owns two sister companies in the real estate industry, Alaska Property Management and West Michigan Homes. I was tasked with creating logos for both companies that would be simple, memorable, and tie the companies together in a cohesive brand identity

After sketching out different ideas, the owners chose this logo design, and specified on the colors they wanted to use. The logos were created in Adobe Illustrator, and the logo suite with different size variations were delivered to the owners for use in their marketing materials.
